Blue String Yellow Leaf
The ‘Blue String/ Found Composition’ series of work, found at a disused Mine on the edge of Dartmoor. Nature has reduced the buildings, almost to rubble. There had been blue tarpaulin covering the window openings that have been reduced to fine strands of blue string. The images are records of ‘sculptural drawings’ found in situ and manipulated by the weather. These ‘drawings’ change daily and are very much dependent on the wind and rain for their structure. The images have not been manipulated by me or manipulated by photoshop or any other software
